    Wonderful way to turn noodles into a super treat

    I add this to a bowl of noodles and eat: sometimes I add some greens or a boiled egg or chopped green onions or chili paste, but when really hungry, I just dig in.

    Very good, flavorful. Great over hot white or brown rice and over salad greens.

    I’d love to know when you’re getting the smoked trout with chimichurri sauce back, love that best.
